The owners manual really does not contain much information. If you want pin outs for the back of the radio connector, you need the service manual. Niether allows you to program. So, what do you want? I can email the owners manual. The service manual would take a little more work, but could be done. Programming is best left up to an experienced two way dealer or shop.
My apologies, but the Motorola site is about the least user-friendly that I've seen. I was able to locate your radio, but searches for the manual ran me in frustrating circles. The only suggestion that I can make is for you to email Motorola Customer Service at: firstname.lastname@example.org They should be able to provide a download site address or, at worst, sell you a copy of the manual.
Sorry no luck with a manual online, this link gives you a few details - but especially all the contact details for CTG who still sell the product so will surely be able to help.
Hope this helps :) please let us know if CTG support are helpful for future reference.
