Question about Canon PowerShot S400 / IXUS 400 Digital Camera
I have a Canon Powershot S40. I can turn the camera on, have the lens extend itself out, and see the icons on the LCD screen (like "auto" and flash etc.), but the screen itself is blank - no picture. There is no E18 message on the screen and judging by what I've read online, I think it's another error .. Any ideas?
This is a problem with the CCD card. Canon has issued a recall and will fix/repair for free. Go to the Canon website and search for CCD to get more info (or call them direct).
