Hi Check to see if the power is connected to the treadmill. Go to the power outlet and make sure the entire power cord is not ripped or broken. Trace the power cord to your treadmill and see if the power cord is connected to the treadmill console. Unplug the power cord. If the power cord is connected well, you should unplug the treadmill for the time being as you examine the rest of the console without risking electric shock. Clean off your console with a slightly wet rag. A simple problem is to see if there are dirt particles blocking the buttons and controls on your console. The rag should wipe off any dirt from the console. Re-plug the treadmill. Press all the buttons on the console. If it still does not work, unplug the power line again.Use a screwdriver to unbolt the console cover from the rest of the treadmill. The amount of bolts that connect the console to your treadmill varies. Remove the top part of the treadmill console by unscrewing the bolts that hold the console together. Investigate to see if all the circuits are connected and that no apparent damages can be seen. Contact the manufacturer. If you cannot figure out why the treadmill console is not working properly, you will need to contact your treadmill manufacturer. Thank you for contacting fixya.com
