I'll try to help you, but I'd need to ask several questions. Was the pc working before the problem, or is it your first time putting it together. Have you tried connecting just the bare minimum parts like one HDD, one memory, connecting the onboard video etc.. Get back with me as soon as you can.
I have a MSI motherboard KM2M Combo and I do not know whether I have to necessarily involve the outlet from the power source as the longer the ATX 20 pin power connector (CONN 1) and shorter ATX 12 V Power Connector (JPW 1), or will do, get involved If only the connector CONN 1?Thank you.
before trying anything in Bios control panel admistrive tools, computer management, device manager scroll down universal serial bus controllers you should see a yellow question mark? right click to reinstall drivers or if you can see your usb but its not working ports(com&lpt)right click update driver
Pull cmos cell from motherbord for 10 minutes.
So all motherbord settings defaults.
Then reconnect ATX power supply connector from smps to motherbord.
If still face same issue then you need to change or repair your SMPS.it is in back top side of cpu cabinet.
Try with other smps if still same issue then your motherbord has some issue.
You can trouble shoot this issue with above step follow 1 by 1 .
