My tvfisher-Mod PR3527 turn on and after 5 second turn off?

Sound like a bad ground somewhere but it is strange its every five seconds. See if you can hear a relay clicking somewhere under the hood or dash.

Press start for 5 sec. the display Cor F will flash, release start and press again to toggle between C OR F, leave for five seconds for display to settle. Have fun.

the Automatic Search method worked because the manual was incorrect. Here is how to program the RCR412S using the Automatic Search method:

1) Turn on the component you want to control (TV, VCR, DVD)
2) Press and hold BOTH the component button on the remote and the On-Off button
3) The On-Off button remains lit. Now press Play (The On-Off button will blink)
4) If, after five seconds, the component does not respond, continue to press the PLAY button every five seconds until the component turns off.
5) When the component turns off, press and release the REVERSE button, then wait two seconds to see if the component turns on again.
6) To save the new code, when the illuminated ON-OFF button turns off, press and release the STOP button.

it's in owner manual. But, first you have to enter your original code and it must work. then you press the 1 button and then enter a new 5 digit code, then press the 1 button again.

Keyless Entry Keypad To unlock the driver front door (20124) , and disarm the anti-theft alarm control (19A366) , (if equipped):

• Enter the permanent factory code.
• Enter the owner's alternate code.

To unlock the passenger door(s), press the 3/4 button within five seconds of unlocking the driver door or luggage compartment. To unlock the luggage compartment door (40110), press the 5/6 button within five seconds of unlocking driver or passenger door(s). To turn on the courtesy lamps and light all illuminated components, lift either front door handle (22404) or press any button on the keyless entry keypad (14A626) . The secondary air bag warning is an audible fault format that consists of five sets of five tone bursts, with each set of five tone bursts separated by a five second quiet period. One tone burst cycle will consist of one second ON and one second OFF. This series of five activations is repeated every 30 minutes.
This will tone if the air bag indicator is inoperative.
