I have a Theorema Parago Automatic through not wearing it regularly it sometimes stops. Winding it wouldn't solve the problem and I couldn't find a solution either on the Theorema site or online so through a series of self help efforts the following is the solution for this watch 1 Set the watch to the correct time date day etc. 2 Wind the watch using the side winder for about 40 revolutions in clockwise rotation 3 Hold the watch in your right and strike it firmly into the stiff palm of your left hand. This gives the winding mechanism a shark shock and kicks it back into life. The watch then works away without a problem.

If you know the model number of the watch, enter it in the "Number" search field in the "Manuals" section. This should then find the correct user guide for you to download and help set the time and date. You will probably find that most models will function in the same way, so you may be able to find a similar model that sets the time and date in the same way as the watch you have. If your not successful with that, let me know and will try and grab a manual for you that could work :-) Cheers
There may be two batteries in your watch - one for backlight and another for movement. Check this out at your nearest watch repair shop and replace if needed. Alternatively you can do it yourself if you have knowledge and skills.
hi i had the same problem but i have just found the answer. hold the light button until it flash's 12 or 24, then press mode which will change you on to the time, date, ect then fiddle around with the start and reset button to toggle with the time and date. when your done with the time press light again.
Time and Location If you hold in the light, start and the reset button for a few seconds a screen will appear with the 12h or 24 h clock setting and also the date and country. Once you have that screen if you press the mode button it will move over the date and clock etc then you just press the reset button and start button to choose the date and time. Once you have changed the date and time to the correct date press the light button, start button and reset button and it will save the settings.
Alarm Hold in the light, start and the reset button for a few seconds a screen will appear press the mode button it will move over the date and clock etc then you just press the reset button and start button to choose the date and time. Use the light button to set the screen.
