Question about HP LaserJet 3050 All-In-One Printer
When I moved, I seem to have lost the scanner capabilities. How do I go in to fix it? Says "Scan To" is "Not setup on PC" and "scan" button activation just shows "waiting for PC." Thx.
Have to uninstall and reinstall full software solution. First uninstall using the hp program, then use add/remove program uninstall Image zone, extended capabillities and HP update, restart pc and search for scrubber in Hp software it's in utility folder, ccc, doubleclick it to work. then you are ready to reinstall the fully software.
