Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
It's a brand new printer/MFP that we've just received and I'm setting it up today, unfortunately in a small Polish town (and I don't speak Polish) so I am getting little support.
Now in the setup it did jam quite a few times but it's ok now with that.
The problem is reports (from the MFP itself), and any printing or copying is just doing it as solid page from edge to edge on the page.
I've tried to clean it with the 'self-clean' function, but in the end that just prints a double-sided page covered in all black.
Is there something else to do to fix this, or should it just be returned?
The Black Toner it came with was faulty, apparently a known issue with HP - though HP Support in the UK has asked more about the computer software though the printing was with photocopying, internal reports etc.
