HP OFFICEJET 5610 ALLIN ONE

The printer only black all of a sudden stoped printing, I changed the ink and it still does it, every once in a while it will print something but very faded. My question is do I have to replace the whole thing or can I just buy a new printer but still use the fax this machine? or do you know why the printer is doing this, can i fix it? and yes I have changed the black ink, thought maybe I got a bad one, no it didnt solve the problem

I am having the same issues, and I went through the steps from HP Link as well.
Contacts were clean, changed new black cartridge too.
I am totally frusterated! My machine is less than a year old and I can not get any of my work done AT WORK!!!

Buy a new printer but still use the fax this machine, or check the HP website under support there are some things there you may be able to try.

I recently changed the black ink for my HP 5610, as a result the printer looks like printing but the page comes out blank. the colored ink is currently low also

you make sure to removed the nosil protector tape to be removed.

otherwise the nosil may be dried out and ink did not come out.

Clean the nosil with soft tisue until ink comes out.

Very slow printing - HP 5610 all in one

Very simple solution: The cartridges still have ink in them but printing is very slow. Remove the cartridges from the printer. Take a wet paper towel and wipe the print head on each one until the ink flows from each head. Usually it is the color cartridge because it is used less than the black one. Once ink is flowing again, reinsert the cartridges into the printer and your normal printing speed will return. This worked for me, no thanks to the "experts" or trouble shooting guides.
