By running your computer in safe mode, non-essential processes do not start and non-core components are disabled. In other words, only the minimum necessary programs will load. Tough to remove viruses, spyware and other malware usually have no chance to run and disrupt your system and can more easily be removed.

First of all update your antivirus then scan your computer or try to scan your computer with malware byte,and if it does not work try scan your computer with superantispyware and last do scan with smithfraudfix to fix your issue but remember create restore point before scanning your computer and should be updated the software.
