i hav got my new acer aspire 5315...the problem is that, it get turned off without a warning after some time.......also the mouse sometimes stops working...i cant able to move the curser ,...it stucks sometimes....kindly help me through my mail... thank you singh..

Remove the battery from your laptop and connect it directly to power (without the battery) to see if it comes on,if it does then your battery is bad and it should be replaced
If it doesn't power on then you should also try connecting it to power with another power cord,if it still doesn't work then the power pack has blown and the best and only solution is to have it changed by someone with a bit of expertise on power packs.
I think you mean restore to manufacturer Installation? Acer normally carries a e-recovery partition of which you need to press Ctrl+F12 to start it at the boot screen.(Where it says Acer on first turn on.) continuously press it until the recovery screen comes on and follow the instructions.
If your just rebooting the pc because of a shutting down issue where it is taking long to turn off, you might want to run some registry cleaning software or possibly try repairing windows.
