Hi, I have just bought an asus eee pc 701 notebook & can't connect to encrypted wireless systems. My home one has 2 PCs running windows & they are on all the time so obviously I know the password. The asus uses linux. It won't connect to the system at my hotel, even though I have been given the password. However it connects fine to mcdonald's & to a neighbour of my mum's which are unencrypted. Reading the internet, there are lots of asus users with the same problem. Peter.
