Find out the name of your sound card,

Try this first, go to Start>system>hard ware>device manager

while you are there look for sound devices or sound controllers. If they are there but have a yellow exclamtion mark next to them, then you will need to update the drivers for them. Write the name of the sound card down in case you need to get back to me and I will look for the drivers for you. Other to that right click on the sound device, click on properties and then click on update drivers.

I hope this helps

Sound Won't Work on Dell Computer

Go to Control Panel and go to sound and audio devices. It should have the name of the speakers you are using. If it doesnt then the speakers might not work on that PC. Get a new set of speakers, and try again. It should work on the new ones. If it doesnt, get it checked at PC World or a PC repair store to get it checked, as the problem will be internal in the PC. Hope it works.
