Once the factory reset has happened all unsaved data is lost. There are software programs that help recover some data on a computer but bot so much for the phone. Google "data recovery" and you'll have a number of choices.
Goto Mozook.com from a PC website & Select your mobile network carrier & then a page will open. In that page you will find a page of FAQs.. select option no. 8 "HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION' & there enter your mobile number & follow on screen guides.
Please click hear and get the user manual after open the web page you see the left side near the print option "save" option also available if you want to save this user guide then you have that option or you want hard copy then you take the print.
Just install Zune software , then connect the phone , go through the initial setup and then you will have the option there .. More info on the below user manual .
I can't find the user guide either, but here's how to create a quickdial number on it:
1. Lift up the handset. 2. Press the STO button (for 'Store') 3. Key in the full number you want to store, e.g. 01234 5678910 4. Press STO again 5. Press one of the numbers on the key pad that you want to be the Quickdial number, from 1 to 0. 6. Press the MEM (Memory) button. 7. Replace the handset in its cradle. 8. The Quickdial number will now be stored and you can call it by lifting the handset (or pressing the speakerphone button) and then pressing the MEM button followed by the single number you chose, e.g. MEM then 3.
try going to menu - settings - call settings - voice calls - call diverting
this will give you the options for sending calls to voicemail (or another number if you wish) after a certain amount of time or if you arent getting a signal etc
if you chose the option 'cancel all' though in this menu it should stop calls going to voicemail
hello there....well its quite simple...there is nothing wrong with your phone ...its your SIM... if it is asking for a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code...call your subscriber and ask them for PUK code, entering this code will reset your sim
if u keep entering wrong your sim will be damaged so call them
If the error message is saying sim damaged call them and ask for a "sim replacement" you will get a new sim while you will retain the same number ,however you will lose the phone numbers and other data stored in sim, this can be free but it depends on the company and how 'customer friendly they are
you can also buy a new sim but that will change the number
