Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I accidentally deleted the games (Solitaire, etc.) that came with Vista. Can I get them back somehow?

Go to control panel. Then go to add/remove programs. On the Left side you will see Add/Remove Windows Coponents.

Trying to install an older Hoyle Solitaire and Mahjong game

Once you insert the CD, go to Start -> My Computer, and Double Click on the Drive that has the Hoyle Picture. This will either start the Installer/Auto-run window, or it will open a series of files. Double click on Setup.exe if it does not autorun.
