I dont no my puk code

Hi,

The phone asks for PUK code ( Personal Unblocking Key )if a wrong PIN code is entered repeatedly

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using in your phone and not the phone itself(Your phone will work if you insert any other SIM card in it) So kindly call the Customer support of your cellular service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge

Please note: Entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row permanently disables the SIM card. So please be careful while entering the PUK code

PUK (Pin Unblocked Key) is a code to unlock PIN code, puk only will show if you 3X incorrect insert the SIM PIN code
a better way is you contact your SIM provider customer care to ask you SIM PUK code because the PUK code is dipending to your SIM serial Number

I had the same problem and I called the place I bought the phone from and they told me the puk code and it still didn't work so they sent me a new sim card for my phone and it works fine again

PUK code stands for Personal Unlock key and has nothing to do with the box it is a code  for your SIM in case you enter wrong PIN three times contact your service provider and ask for your unique PUK code which will be given to you after their enquiry. Do Not enter random nos. till you get your PUK code as it will block your SIM card and you`ll have to buy a new one.

You need to contact your phone provider. They are the only one who can give you the correct PUK code. Remember that if you enter the wrong PUK code for 10 times, your SIM will be blocked.

Entering 3 wrong pin code blocks your pin code and to reset your pin code you have to enter a superior code thats called PUK code !

for 3 times ...

so to get the PUK code follow these steps:
1. call to your network provider s customer care from some of your friends number of the same network ...
tell your number & ask them for the PUK code..
2. they may ask you the details of sim like in whose name it is etc..
answer that ...
3. after that they will provide you the PUK code note it down
4. enter the noted PUK number to your cell ...
5. your sim will get unlocked ....

caution: if you try inserting the wrong PUK codes for more than 5 or 10 times it will completely block the sim after that you must contact the network provider s shoppe only to get it unlocked ..

turn phone on with unaccepted sim dont insert the sim fully in the slot insert about half way input *2767*3855# and phone will reboot after reboot input*7465625*638*00000000*00000000# phone will reboot after reboot input #7465625*638*00000000# phone wiil reboot turn off phone and fully insert sim and turn phone back on your should now be unlock to accept sim mine works best of luck

i need a PUK code and i called the AT&T store and they told me that i need a social celerity number and my dad wont give me his. I need a code

you must take cell phone back to shop, there they will scan your cell phone and insert the code. they will also ask you to enter a new code.
