Use minimum graphics application at a time, uninstall unsed/less important memory resident application and use max share memory if possible.

these steps will enhance the performance of graphic card.

My current video memory is 119 but max is 762. how do i increase it to max

If you are using a laptop the video card probably uses what is called shared memory for the Graphics Processor. Which means it pulls RAM from the system and uses for processing graphics. Typically the computer controls how much RAM to dedicate to the Graphics Processor. More RAM is always good. I would check in my BIOS. Sometimes they put RAM allotment for the GPU there. If they advertised that you can get a total of 762MB out of your GPU then it wouldn't surprise me. Just remember the more you dedicate to your GPU the less you have for your system.

I nned to increase the possibilities of grafic card for working with programs that have image treatment and others and need a better grafic card

In your case, you can upgrade your system ram or memory bu not the graphic card.Upgrading your system ram or memory will boost your application loading and performance. Example your memory right is 1GB so make it 3GB by purchasing a 2GB ram. You will see the difference but do not expect to for the graphics just for faster loading and better performance can only give your memory. Have a nice day.

Graphics very low base score

On the Acer Aspire 5100 I believe you have A RAdeon xpress graphics card that shares memory with the system RAM the only way to boost the graphics score is to increase the RAM...you can buy it from the Acer website or Crucial.com is very good and has its own scan and will recommend
the amount of RAM for your needs

Cannot allocate hypermemory

I've noticed that in the bios you can't increase Dedicated video memory because the max for your laptop is 256 but if you check your overall video memory with the shared memory added on by right clicking on your desktop and clicking screen resolution, go to advanced settings, and it should show your adapter with the amount of total graphics memory, the dedicated video memory (video memory of video card), system memory(Mine is 0), and shared video memory ( Ram being accolated together with the graphics card making more video card memory in all). If you switched to XP however, you will probably have less video card memory. Everything should be fine if your on your laptop's default operating system (Mine is windows 7 home premium).

My laptop has an integrated 64Mb Intel video adapter, which is almost like nothing at all. And with the kind of motherboard I've got, there's no way to upgrade it. I was just wandering, if I could somehow...

Well I think it DOES use the operating memory ... Mainly because most of integrated graphics cards use the computers RAM ...
But, trust me, it wouldn't boost your performance, even if you could raise the memory usage by your graphics card ...

I have an acer aspire 1355xc {1350 series} notebook no video card

It's pretty common for notebooks to have 'integrated graphics' which can't be modified or replaced since they are part of the mother board and normally also share memory with other functions. Only higher end units aimed at gamers are equipped with video graphics hardware that can be replaced to upgrade.
If you would like to give your system a boost, consider adding some RAM; it is pretty cheap and then the 'stolen' 64 MB of memory used by the graphics chips is no longer a bottleneck.
"The second omission is that of a separate graphics card. Playing sophisticated 3D games is becoming a reality with a lot of the latest mobile chipsets, but certainly not yet for people on a budget, those days are still some way off. Instead, what Acer has supplied is an integrated S3 Savage 8 graphics core, which shares 64MB of the system memory."
