Question about Dell Inspiron 6000 Notebook
I'm not sure if it's because the laptop is short on memory (and is thus loading on a severely slow rate), but it's loading at a slower pace and now it isn't loading much at all; it won't load to the blue users screen anymore. I'm not sure why since this problem hasn't happened before. Other problems have persisted and I was informed of the possibility that it might not load because there's too much information for it to process.Unfortunately, I cannot properly diagnose any further issues (I'm not very computer savvy).
That leads to another issue; we cannot find any of the discs that came with the laptop. my parents nor myself are knowledgeable about computers so when i asked them, i was met with a blank stare. but i suppose i'll have to do some weekend searching.
supposing i do have it, what would i do if i had it?
