I have motorola a1000 and while downloading software it's switched off and then onwards it's getting on and immediately off.
can any one tell me how can i solve this problem? can i access mobile software as it is off?

The motorola A1000 does have a signal problem, however a signal booster has been released and can be purchased by following this link: http://www.mobilephonecrazy.com/modeldetail/a1000,Signal_booster.htm
Here in the UK most markets (out door street type) will have a stall who will unlock most handsets for about 5gbp (or 10usd) you could also ask three themselves to give you the unlock code, they do so here in the UK and europe. Tell them you are to travel abroad and wish to use a local sim card to make calls. Also do a google search for "A1K" and go to the site at top of list "machman" they have downloads of firmware which is unlocked.
you will need to get the phone flashed that means get all of the phone settings and files installed again then ur phone will have none of the files u stored on the phone but if its on the memory card they will not be wiped out
