Boiler pressure gauge should be showing in the green zone which should get you 195+ degrees.

Top needle is your boiler pressure, bottom is water pressure. To adjust boiler pressure (with MACHINE OFF, of course):

Remove large top grate on machine.

From a birds eye view, towards the back left of the machine you'll see a silver box w/black cover (pressure stat). Remove the flat head screw on top and remove cover.

There is an adjustment screw left of center with - & + adjustment. Turn one full revolution at a time. Turn machine on each time and check to see where the needle stabilizes.

<--KEEP AWAY FROM PRESSURE STAT WHEN MACHINE IS TURNED ON.-->

Be very careful this is 220 volts of electricty you are working with!!

Regarding bottom needle (water dispensing pressure) this should read around 4 when not in use. When dispensing (pump on) this should be in the green around 8.5 to 9.

If you have hot water then the steam wands are blocked, either at the nozzle on the end of the steam wand or in the steam valve. The steam reading on the gauge should be at 1.2 bar, and the water pressure at about 3 bar until you run the group then that should read about 9.5 bars. You have 2 groupheads if you set the pressure to 9.5 when you run both at the same time it will drop to about 9 bar.

Why is water leaking from pressure release valve?

there can be two reasons I can think of that water drips from that valve :
1: thermostat for boiler is defective and not keeping boiler at proper temperature
2: minerals in water deposited inside valve and keep it from sealing off well

Astoria Divina SAE/2N 2 heads. What would make the spout in between the heads be only cold water and the water level gauge shows all the way at the top of the glass?

If by spout you mean tea valve, it could be that the economizer mixing solenoid valve is set to deliver more cold water when mixing. As for the level the silver probe on boiler.

You might need to replace the gaskets on the water level or it could be from the connection to the steam valve from the boiler.

Boiler pressure (steamer pressure) is at 0. Usually, when it goes down it comes back up in few minutes but not today. Also, the water coming out for our espresso shots is not as hot as it should be and our...

Problem is either the element, the pressure stat or the reset thermostat on the boiler left side if the model is equipped with one, has tripped, possibly because the machine is low on water in the boiler or the contacts for the pressure stat are damaged or dirty. First I would check the water level in the boiler then remove the left side panel and check the reset switch and press it in, then turn on machine to see if it heats up. If you do not have a reset switch on the machine then check the element and pressure stat to make sure they are working properly, do a resistance test.

I have boiler pressure and steam coming threw the wands but no water flowing through the brew heads. What could be the problem?

Either the solenoids are damaged or blocked, or the metering jet on the top of the group is blocked, or the blockage is at the flowmeters. Do you get a reading on the pump pressure gauge when the buttons are pressed?

Gloria two group Astoria was shooting steam the other morning we turned it off what could this be from?

Where is the steam coming from, if its from the top, then the problem is the vent valve or the safety valve, if it is the safety then the pressure stat needs to be replaced because it might be damaged or blocked at the tube that connects it to the boiler.

Water coming from the hot water valve (so right off of the boiler) is cloudy, almost rusty colored. We just had our water changed to a new reverse osmosis system, but were using reverse osmosis water...

The boiler is contaminated if the smells funny, if not then the water is leeching the minerals out of the boiler. RO water is an acid (pure water), it is just as bad as distilled water for espresso machines.

Astoria SAE 1 trickle of water from hot water faucet

Some models have an economiser valve, which mixes hot water from boiler with cold from inlet line, that could be closed or obstructed. The line from the boiler to the solenoid or the pipe inside the boiler could be blocked.
