Take out the MicroSIM card and put it in a computer reader. You have to put it in an adapter to SIM card size, which probably came with your MicroSIM. That adapts it up to a camera-size card which goes in a reader you can get for $10 unless it's built into your computer. Then you can read and write like a regular camera card. If you are putting them on the phone, resize them to somewhere less than 500 pixels with image editing software (don't pay for it, there are loads of freewares) so it doesn't take up so much room in the phone.
