Jump the middle pins, second set from the right when looking straight on with the power connector on the right.

    Here is an illustration, place your single jumper in the Slave position as illustrated.
    When you have the jumper in position it should like the illustration second from the left over the pins labled PK.

    Your other drive will have to be jumped as Master. Should your computer still not recognize either drive. The Master drive needs to be on the very end of your cable and the Slave goes on the middle connector.You then, place the jumpers for both drives on the CS setting show in the drawing as the Default Setting.

Reading pins left to right: second set of pins, jump vertically
the next set to the right would be cable select, master/slave.

If I recall right this HDD is a PATA (IDE) type. As for the Jumpers please check the following link. The jumper should be as Slave drive.
