Question about Nyko Charge Station 360 For Xbox 360
I got this charge station for my birthday, and after I got it all ripped out of the package and charged it, I plugged one of the batteries into my controller, and all that happened was the ring on the controller blinked as if it weren't synced. I tried syncing it, and it would star tsyncing but then just go back to blinking. please try to help me.
I had the same problem, asked Nyko's support department about it, and they told me that Microsoft updated their controllers at some point in the past, and this update rendered the version of battery pack I had useless. There is an updated version, but you will have to ship your old one back to Nyko and wait a few weeks. Hope this helps.

After reading this -the reviews-
It seems the battery packs do not fit into the controller so I suggest using your original back piece and use the others for the charging --hope this helps--
