Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I need the code to program the remote to an emmerson ewf2006 tv codes

Hello
You haven't specified whether it is a TV/DVD combo or TV/VCR combo.
Four digit universal remote codes for Emerson TV/VCR combo are:
0227 0233 0254 0264
0265 0266 0310 0325 [0039 0252]
[0147 0250] [0147 0257]
For TV/DVD combo is: 0456
Where the code is listed as [### ###] the first is for the TV and the second is for the VCR. Otherwise just the one code operates both the TV and the VCR
For Combo Devices, in many cases a single code operates both parts of the device (e.g. the TV and the VCR). In other cases you need to set up two codes. For example, one for the TV and one for the VCR. Where codes are shown below as [### ###] the first code operates the first part of the device's name, and the second code operates the second part. E.G., for a TV/VCR device, the first code operates the TV and the second code operates the VCR

I can't turn the closed captioning OFF on my insgnia flat screen tv model NS-L CD37. i have a universal rca remote & the closed captioning won't go away - HELP !

The problem is that the universal remote is not sending the correct IR signal to your units IR receiver, regaurdless whether or not you turned the captions on with the universal, it is unable to send the signal to turn them off, if you have a menu button on your unit you could try accessing the closed caption option that way, alternatively you can do a system reset, if you can access that menu option, you may need to do a tv retune to get your stations, but the closed captioning should be off. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Need code for motorola cable box with a insignia remote

Assuming you have the DRC800 remote:
Codes are 0467 or 1376

You can EASILY program the remote without a key code:
1. Press the "cbl" button
2. Press and hold "setup" button Until red light blinks twice
3. Press 9-9-1
4. Press power button
5. Press chanel up repeadedly until your cable box shuts off
6. Press "setup" button again

That should be all there is to it. You can do the same thing for TV,VCR/DVD,Audio, whatever
It's easier than it looks.

Here is a website with more info if you need it:

Need the television code for a 32" Insgnia LCD TV, model # NS-LCD 32 so I can program my ATT UVerse remote.

Most remotes of that type have a "Code Search" feature, and it's the easiest way to find the code. You would put the remote in search mode (follwoing the manual instructions) and run through the codes 1 at a time, if you see the Unit turn off, you store the code.
Hope that fixed ya...
