SUGGESTIONS TO RESOLVE WHERE THE PROBLEM IS:

1. GO TO A BLACK AND WHITE CHANNEL OR PROGRAM AND TURN THE COLOR IN THE CUSTOMER MENU ALL THE WAY DOWN.

IS THE PICTURE BLACK AND WHITE OR REDDISH ETC?

iF THIS IS THE CASE I CAN TELL YOU HOW TO ADJUST THE SET MANUALLY--NOT WITH THE REMOTE BUT IN A DIFFERENT WAY.

SOURCE: i have 62vs69. i just put a new lamp in it. here

that is a problem on the color wheel you also need to replace it the wheel spins not accurate thats why the color is not correct.here is a link to give you a guide how to replace the color wheel.
