Open the side door and see a colored cylinder, that is the drum, but removing it will not be easy, you have to remove the image unit and then separate it into two parts: developer unit and clean unit, already once separated the unit will be easierremove the drum.

Note, remove the module from the front image

Always go back in and double check the PC life counter after the reset before F8. More than once the PC Life did not reset on the 1st attempt (other counters do reset 1st time) Take a quick look see.

will require a tech as certain counters are replaced as is the developer and certain procedures are done after the image unit is re assembled.

the bizhub 222 typically does not not throw this error code this is an error code is for one of the older konicas and is a toner density error code check developer/ developer unit
if this is a bizhub 222 the toner density error code would be c2557

BEFORE you replaced the drum and starter did you clear the counters for drum and starter ? You mite want to try clearing the counters again. before replacing the dum and starter again.
