When i switch on it turn blck and cant ,after 7~15minute it write launch startup repair....whn i click it ,it turn blue screen with blank~~~~!!! anyone can help me ...appreciate your help!
You need to run the Check Disk Utility but I think you have a netbook that does not have a CD Drive. Lesson learned the hard way. To run the check disk utility you will need a repair disc or
a operating system disc. Put the disc in the cd drive and boot from
it. You want to get to the Dos Command Prompt (Black screen with white
letters) and type the following command: chkdsk /r Without a cd drive you might have to just do a System Recovery which means you will lose all your data.
Check disk will run well over an hour or two and you will notice the
percentages going from high to low, this is normal. Let it run to
completion. Then reboot machine.
If check disk fails to solve your problem you might have to reinstall windows.
Try doing a Repair Install that way you don't loose your data, documents,
music, pictures, videos or programs.
In windows xp you get to the dos command prompt by selecting R for repair when
the options appear.
In Vista and Windows 7 you want to get to the recovery
console and look down at the bottom of the window for the Dos Command.

It might also means that your hard drive is not working properly. My laptop's hard drive went out making the same blipping sound and white screen after that, this happens some times for over heating. Now if you get a error number let us know it might help

when you restart try to press F11 while booting..check

Seems data corruption on critical files. Download my upload HDD Regenerator v1.51.iso (less than 2MB), burn onto CD (as image, not as data!). Boot from this CD and scan the whole Hard drive to recover any data corupption (may take nights!). You may need to change to Boot from CD first in BIOS.

What is your operating system? If you have Vista press F8 at boot and select Last known good configuration that may work.
