Without the model specifics I cant tell ya what the default password is. However, most routers have a factory reset button on the back, which will take it back to factory settings. Be aware that it will erase all changed settings.
You will usually find it on the back of the router and it will be a recessed hole that you can insert a paperclip into and hold for about 10 seconds then release. When you insert the paperclip you should feel a click.
