It's an error code for the drain pump. Try taking a shop vac to the train pipe to **** out any clog. If that doesn't work, you may have a clog in the filter. You'll need to use a screw driver to unhook the big drain pipe and remove the plastic catch. It's likely full of things like dander and coins that's causing a blockage and preventing the washer from draining.
