Re: my blooth is not working
Can you do this for me: Go to Control Panel, go to remove and add hardware, and check to see if Bluetooth is in your program. If it is not, you will have to pull out your windows xp/vista and reinstall the bluetooth program.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

This can be hard or easy depending on which softwre your printer/scanner has loaded.
Firstly, install the software that came with your printer scanner.
Once thats done, you should be able to access the scanners functions either through an icon in the taskbar (bottom right corner of your screen) or by pressing the scan button on the printer.
Once the scanner starts up, it should ask if you want to save the scanned image to your PC or, in some cases, email the image.
Save the image into your "my documents" folder so you can find them later and give the file a name that you can easily associate with the image (like my daughter etc)..
Scanning to email will usually start up outlook or outlook express which is no good if you do not use outlook and use a third party email system like hotmail etc.
So, shut down outlook in this case. otherwise, setup your email as you normally would (receivers email address, subject etc)..
If you use hotmail etc, the procedure is about the same..
Once you are ready to attach the image from your scanner, click on "attach" and select file.
In the dialog box that opens, select browse and navigate to your "my documents " folder if it is not already in that folder. Select the file you scanned and named earlier and click on open or attach.
The file will then upload and appear in the list of attachments once uploading is complete.
Click on send and off it goes..
The BlackBerry Tour comes with Bluetooth capability, but in order to connect to a Bluetooth device, you have to enable the Bluetooth functionality. When you're not using a Bluetooth connection, disable Bluetooth to avoid other devices from connecting to your BlackBerry. - To turn Bluetooth on:
From the main home screen, press the BlackBerry button (to the left of the trackball) to go to your Home folder. Scroll down until you see the antenna icon for Manage Connections and click on it. A pop up list will appear; find Bluetooth on the list and click it to put a check in the box next to it. "On" will appear next to Bluetooth, and the Bluetooth icon will be displayed in the upper right corner of the screen. Your BlackBerry is now in Bluetooth mode, where it can connect and pair with other Bluetooth-capable devices.
Bluetooth can also be turned on from the Options folder, under the Home folder. Select Bluetooth from the list and when the screen comes up saying "Bluetooth: Disabled," press the BlackBerry button and then select Enable Bluetooth. If you've previously paired your Tour with other Bluetooth devices, the list of those devices will appear. - To turn Bluetooth off:
From the home screen, press the BlackBerry button. Scroll down to Manage Connections and select it. In the list that appears, click Bluetooth to uncheck it and disable Bluetooth functionality.
You can also turn Bluetooth off by clicking Options in the Home folder, selecting Bluetooth from the list of options, then pressing the BlackBerry button and choosing Disable Bluetooth.

There is one easy solution for the second question: You can set your SGH-L700 to store your photos and/or videos on your memory card. Just go to Settings -> Application Settings -> Camera Settings. Go to the rightmost section using arrow keys and change camera's default storing location as memory card, instead of phone.
The bluetooth problem is not that easy. There is one solution if you send the files from your PC. Just browse your "Bluetooth Devices" from your desktop - your SGH-L700 will appear as an independent device. Double click it's icon, you'll see the folders in it, just like you're browsing your computer's hard drive. Open "Memory Card" folder then drag and drop the files you want directly inside it. I almost always prefer this way when I use bluetooth transfer.
If you try right clicking on a file on your PC and choose "Send via Bluetooth" from the context menu, SGH-L700 receives it directly to the phone memory. So I recommend using "Bluetooth devices" option and placing the stuff directly in the memory card, just like you copy items in any place on your hard drive.
But there is not a standart solution for sending a file from another cell phone to SGH-L700. Some devices can browse SGH-L700's folders like your PC does, but some of them can't - and they just send the files to the phone memory.
Right-click Start, and then click Explore.
Locate the folder, file, or program in the Folders directory, and then click the item to open it.
Click the icon representing the item.
Click File on the toolbar, and then Create Shortcut on the drop-down menu that appears.
Right-click on the shortcut icon that is created.
Choose Send To from the drop-down menu, and then click Desktop (create shortcut) on the submenu that appears.
