Well I live in Southampton, and Ice Frutina are based here. The liquids come in great big containers that you just pour in ready mixed I think (or perhaps its from concentrate, I'm not sure) but either way the mixing instructions should be on most slushie mix containers. For the machine to make slushie you basically need two things to happen...
1) the powerful refrigerator within the unit should function and chill/freeze the liquid in the hopper
2) The agitator should be constantly turning inside the hopper to break up the ice crystals as they form turning the liquid into slush rather than just a block of solid ice.
If the refrigeration is working, you should notice a pretty quick drop in temperature of the liquid in the hopper... It may be worth checking any fans are working properly and not seized up. Check the refrigerant compressor is humming.
That's about as much as I can help you I'm afraid. Hope it ends up working for you :)
Turn power off and isolate the fuel line/lines. Disconnect flare fitting on fuel line to the burner assembly. Open burner assembly...either the primary controller or ignition transformer should hinge open with a few screws on the other side. Should be a locking nut on the fuel line to the burner and electrodes...loosen and pull burner/nozzle/electrodes. I Don't recommend removing the electrodes if you don't know how to space them correctly, so unless you have a nozzle removal socket/ratchet, then use a deep well socket & back it up with a large pair of channel locks. Thread pattern is normal...LLRT. When replacing nozzle, Make sure you have the same gallon rated, spray pattern (hollow, semi, solid etc) , & degree (angle).
I could not locate the exact replacement power cord for your toaster oven. If the power cord is a plug -in type, you can look on line, do a search " small appliance power cords", but I'm not sure if you will be able to match up the correct cord. I think your best bet is to go to a local. old fashioned. hardware store or to a small appliance repair center. Take the original power cord with you to match it up.
concerning my food sealer: the strip under the heating wire came loose & would not stay in place. i almost threw the unit away but its at least $40 to buy another. i decided to buy a roll of PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric With Silicone Adhesive Tape. PTFE is Teflon but u cant use Teflon as a search term because of the copyright. i found a roll on ebay for $3 (free ship) from China (how do they do that!). it took about 2 weeks for the roll to arrive. I cut a strip to fit under the wire. The wire had burned & partially buried itself in the unprotected plastic. Be gentle when nudging it out & clean off any material that has attached itself to the wire. Seals & works like new!
would you like to buy the rest of the roll? the roll has about 28 feet left.
