You just need a Windows Operating System Disc. It will walk you through the process. When it comes to the part where it see that you already have a windows operating system on the drive, you have the option of deleting it and clearing the partion then reformat the drive using NTFS Quick.
Make sure you use the same version of the windows operating system that you already have unless you buy a new copy. In other words, if your Certificate of Authentication (COA) sticker (located on the case of the computer) says you have Windows XP Professional, you can't reinstall with a Windows XP Home version because when it comes to the point where it asks you for the key to activate you will be in trouble.

1. Try for Repair
2. Uninstall and reinstall again.

I cleaned the drum unit and cleaning blade on my SAVIN 8020d copier. After reinstalling everything I tried to print and it prints but nothing in on the page. Any suggestions?

I hope you didn't touch the drum. That will ruin it.

Which software?
Was the software already on your pc?
If it was already on your pc, which I'm assuming, as you say 'reinstalling', I assume you 'uninstalled it first'?

If your screen is freezing, it generally means either your cache memory is insufficient or clogged... or, you need to do a disk clean up.

If you haven't done a disk clean up, I would uninstall your software correctly, then do a disk clean up.

BUT, this advice is given without knowing the software you are trying to reinstall.

With Firefox it has alot of files that are classed as system files so if you us Add/Remove programs to uninstall the program you do not get a clean uninstall. Since you do not get a clean uninstall you will not get a good reinstall. However the link below will walk you through the steps on manually uninstalling Firefox so you can get a clean reinstall.

Uninstall Nero clean your system with "Nero general clean tool" you can download it here "http://www.softpedia.com/get/Security/Secure-cleaning/Nero-General-Clean-Tool.shtml", this will clean your system for any left over Nero files which sometimes cause such issues, Then reinstall Nero and try again.

If still it doesnt work check if the CD is corrupt or damaged (scratches).
