Question about GPX MW3836 MP3 Player
I'm trying to put realplayer videos on a gpx. any suggestions?
The converter that came with the player sucks big time. it tends to do incomplete conversions and/or has terrible audio sync. it's best to use a high end converter program. the parameters are: 320x240 resolution, xvid video codec, mp3 audio codec, and no higher than 64 kbps quality.

You cannot do it directly. You have to convert the RealPlayer videos to AVI format first. Better to use the media converter program that came on the player's installation CD.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
