You need pc 2700 ram. Your board only allows for a maximum of 2 gigs though.

Just for clarification, the board might also accept 2100 and 1600 as well. If you post the specs on the board, I can tell you exactly what kind of pc2700. (dram, sdram, rimm or dimm, ddr2, etc)

Blue screen on start-up. Mobo SIS-741 Chipset SIS741GX Rev 03

This problem can be caused by several things. First, are the memory chips exactly identical (brand, type, size, etc.)? If not, that will definitely cause the problem. Second, how many memory slots are there? If you have four, check the manual and make sure you're putting the memory in the correct slots. Some Mobo's require that you put chips in slots A1 and B1 and not A1 and A2. Also, some Mobo's have DDR slots and DDR2 slots, so make sure you're putting the right kind of memory into the proper slots. Some people fudge the memory by putting 400 mhz memory into slower slots, and that works one chip at a time - but if you install a second, identical chip, the system will fail. If all else fails and you've met these conditions, check the type of memory to be sure of the proper fit (use manufacturer's recommended brands and numbers) or try a different chip in the second slot. One chip could be bad.

How Can I Speed Up My Slow PC?

Go to Trend Micro and run Housecall to check your PC for viruses and spyware.
If it is still slow go to Start and click on My Computer. Right click on your C: drive and choose Properties. Run the Disk Cleanup. When that finishes click on the Tools tab and do a Check Disk and Disk Defrag.

Geforce 512 agp ddr2

Hi sledgehammur, you're asking if the SiS 651 controller will allow you to run both the on-board integrated AGP4x & the Geforce AGP DDR2 card to function as one. I don't think your SiS controller will allow it to. You'll have to enter bios & change the on-board graphics not to load frist. (Keep in mind the on-board is also an AGP), but the memory is not the same & neither is your system memory which the on-board AGP use's.
You're manual for the board would give you more insite on that issue. My thoughts are you will need to change bios to run from AGP slot on your board & not use the integrated AGP. The good part is your AGP slot will not use you're system memory to run. You're Geforce's memory is faster.
Here is a link to the SiS 651. http://www.sis.com/products/sis651.htm

Enjoy!
If I can be of more service, just ask.
Mike
