Try a hard reset. If this doesnt work, take your phone into the repair center.

QUESTION:::::::::: I have an M520 that used to take great pictures - now lately the picture is distorted and seems to be all grainy/green. I\'ve tried each of the options, resolutions, brightness controls, etc. Sometimes (not every time) after I make a change to the brightness or resolution or white balance setting the picture goes back to normal - but not everytime. Most of the time it\'s just unusable because it\'s so distorted... almost like it\'s over exposed? I\'ve literally checked every setting available to no avail. I want to say it started happening after doing a firmware upgrade. Anyone else having that problem?

MY KEYS ARE NOT WORKING ON M520

Your phone will have to be repaired or replaced, there is nothing you can do to try to fix it. If you have insurance and there is no physical damage, the phone can be replaced for free with the same make and model.
