Re: Cannot print images from Palm TX--Notebook section
Not sure what you mean by "Notebook section", but you need to have a print software installed on the TX to print directly to a printer (without a computer). You can use PrintBoy: http://www.palminfocenter.com/view_story.asp?ID=1651
It will enable you to print wirelessly from your TX. Otherwise, try using CardReader http://software.palminfocenter.com/product.asp?id=2062 and your USB cable to connect your palm as a usb card reader, to your computer. Then you can transfer the images or any needed files to your PC.

Find out where "Canon Camera Window" points to for its default pictures Folder and change that path or create a Folder in the location where it is pointing to ... It seems to be directing the pictures to a non-existing Folder !
Most of the time it is a software update that is needed. Download the software from your installation CD or you can go to www.palm.com and click on support to get the newest version of the software. After that just hotsync it and it should work the way it was designed. If that doesn't work palm has a chat feature on their website to tey out where you can chat directly to a palm rep. Best wishes.
HI, Yes if you go to palm.com you will find a section for support. You can download everything you need there to get your PDA up and running. Once you have the software installed on your computer you will want to go in and enter all your information like names and addresses in your contact section. Once you have that all done you connect the PDA to the computer by using the usb cord and then hit HotSync. You can go back later and update any of your infomation right in the PDA itself. Best wishes. Let me know if you need any other help with this.
Your camera creates folders on the SD card to hold the images. It puts about 100 images in each folder. (See page 111 in the User Guide.) When you erase images, it may only be erasing the images in one folder. But your computer still sees the images in the other folder(s). To completely erase all images, use the "Format" function (see pages 25 - 26 in the User Guide). To completely clear it, use the Low Level Format option. You can download the User Guide here.
Perhaps the CMY color heads need alignment. If you have not already done so, run a head alignment from the driver maintenance section. It will print out a page containing several lines and text, and request you select the closest-aligned images. After this is done, do another image print to check for improvements. Normally, the printer uses the black cartridge for text and the CMY inks for images (even for black on photo and specialty paper). So when you are printing normal text pages on plain paper, only the black ink is used. A good check for this would be to print a normal text page, but select photo paper in the driver to trick the printer into using the CMY inks to make a substitute black text page. If this looks ok, then you are having issues other than cartridge alignment.
