Question about Hotpoint Washing Machines
The only thoughts that spring to mind, are either...
A: The dryer heater has packed up.
B: The tube/funnel that the air flows through to the drum is blocked with fluff.
In either case you'll need to take the lid and sides off, locate the dryer duct then find a way of opening it to clean the fluff out.
