My printer was working fine, however I recieved a fax and ran out of paper. So the data was still there for the printer to print. 3 days later I put some paper in the loader and the fax resumed. It stopped just short of finishing. Now when I try to clear the data, or cancel, it wont let me. On the screen it shows "Printing" but its not working. Any suggestions?

unfortunatly not!The m/c will print each and every fax!I can suggest getting a fax to email nr and recieve the faxes on your pc and then printing what u need!Memory does keep about 258 pages depending on the coverage on the pages!

This document explains the different results obtained when using or not using the Automatic Reduction (or Auto Reduction) Feature. The following issues usually result when the Automatic Reduction feature is not set correctly:
Faxes printing too small
Faxes printing on more than one page
A blank page ejecting between each printed fax page
This feature can be turned ON (the default) or OFF from the Advanced Fax Features menu.
The two main purposes of the Auto Reduction feature
Fits a received fax page onto the paper size loaded in the paper tray and selected in the paper size setting of the Basic Fax Setup. For example; if letter size paper is loaded in the paper tray and selected in the fax settings and a legal size document is received, each page will be reduced and printed on one letter sized paper.
Allows the addition of the fax header margin at the top of every printed fax without extending the fax onto another page. The fax header is printed at the top of every fax received with identifying information about the fax sender. Since this increases the overall page length, the page must be reduced to fit onto one page. Auto reduction slightly shrinks the fax as it is received so the entire page will print on one piece of paper even though a top margin is allowed for the fax header.
There is no way to change your machine into printer mode only.
machine works in dual mode copier/printer.whenever you send a print from the computer, machine automatically receive the document and print it at the same time without changing the mode.like SCAN MODE AND HARD DISK MODE.
So if you are facing a problem regarding printing then please check the paper size of the machine, and also check the paper size from the "PRINTING PREFERENCES" by taking the properties of printer icon in printer and faxes menu.(where installed printers shows) right click on the bizhub 200 printer icon and clickj on "properties". now click on "printing preferences" tab and then click on "size" tab, now from here check the paper size.its A4 or not if its not A4 then please change it to A4 then again give a print command.machine will start printing.
Cartridges may give a very slow printing if internally damaged, or : When using colored paper in the all-in-one, printing or copying is slow. This issue is a result of the automatic paper type sensor misreading
the colored paper as photo paper. The print out takes longer because
the unit is printing in Best mode instead of Normal mode.
, point to
, and then click
Printers and Faxes
Right-click the appropriate all-in-one, and then click
tab and under
This sets the default paper type setting to Plain Paper.
I have WiFi Zebra QL420. In my case a simple header label prints fine then the complex label (many fields, barcode, lines & boxes) gets stuck. Labels are in separate spol files. We have many other labels printing fine, just this one ALWAYS gets stuck.
If I send same data from PC to printer it works fine.
I can see with ethernet sniffer that header label data goes but complex label doesn't even leave the iSeries. My sniffer is too crude to tell me what LPR level protocol is saying.
