There is three possible solutions left.

    1. Reinstall the setting and see your mobile number is same which setup is you selecting for your Cell phone.
    2. are you using call forwarding, or a 3rd party voicemail service such as Youmail or eVoice or Callcentric? Some Servers could not send an MMS whenever call forwarding was enabled.
    3. is the photo stored on a memory card or the phone's main memory?

If this not worked then submit a ticket to your Service Providing, they will tell you exactly why your messages are going queued and nothing send.

If you have still any question then I am there.

    Regards

Your Service Provide web site will have a help section. In the help you can chose your problem category and you will have to write your problem in a text area.
After submitting the problem they will give you a ticket number, that number you can use to track you problem states.

They will require your email and cell phone number to find your problem.

    Regards

How to activate & send mms in samsung s8000 mobile

you need to configure the mms settings from your internet menu... but you need the right configuration from your network provider to the settings..
to give you an idea, here's how you may do it.. from your phone, press menu select internet select browser profiles to lead you to internet profile settings.. from your settings, press create.  then create the mms profile your network preferred.  once created, press save and exit the settings for internet profiles..
to make the mms profiles be the default settings for your mms, do thes steps... from your phone, press menu select settings select phone applications select messages select multimedia from multimedia menu, select profiles assign the mms profiles you created for your multimedia. press save and exit the setup...
now to check if it's working, try sending a multimedia message to your own number to check if your phone can send and receive mms. once you successfully send it and received it, it means that your phone mms is already set and working...
take care..

Have samsung b3310 but can't receive or send pics on ATT

Try these they worked for me & I have the same phone:

MMS settings:
Menu --> Messages --> Settings --> Multimedia Messages --> MMS Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: AT&T MMS, Home URL: http://mmsc.cingular.com, check the box next to "proxy", IP Address: 66.209.11.32, Port: 80, Linger Time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, Bearer: GPRS then go to Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID: wap@cingulargprs.com, password: CINGULAR1 (case sensitive). Hit "save" twice, then "options" then "activate." This will activate your MMS so you can send and receive picture messages.

WAP settings:
Menu --> Internet --> Settings --> Browser Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: WAP Profile, Home URL: http://device.home, Proxy: check box, IP Address: 66.209.11.32, Port: 8080, Linger time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, GPRS --> Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM (case sensitive), Password: CINGULAR1 (also case sensitive). Hit "save" twice then "options" then "activate." This will allow you internet access.

Hope this helps!!

K8oo mms profile settings

You need to call your service provider and ask them to send you the MMS settings.
They will give you a PIN number and send the settings via a txt msg.
When you receive the txt. select SAVE or INSTALL.
Input the PIN when prompted.

MMS does not always work between networks.
