Can anyone help me please? I'm looking for a radio code for my Ford CD 6000 radio, Serial number M017651. Thank you.

Recently purchased this decode software for my business and it seems to be doing very well. I ran your serial number and received a code of 4261. Would be grateful if you would let me know either way if this code worked as I want to keep track and make sure I got my money's worth buying this software. You can reply/comment here or email me directly at csautomotivecars@att.net. Thanks and I hope this works for you....

Lost code for my ford radio/cd 6000

When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect it again, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your car radio.
The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. If you do not have this code you need to go to your Ford service centre and get them to enter this code for you.

Hi I have a Ford Mondeo and the stereo needs the code as the battery died. It is a 6000 RDS EON and the Serial number is M030773 can anyone help or point me towards somewhere I can get the code. I bought...

Welcome to FixYa.

The problem with these security codes is that each radio carries a code that is unique and individual to the serial of radio itself. There is no master code for these radios. The good news is they can be decoded online without sending them to a shop.

Ford will charge £25 for supplying you with this code and this is why I always recommend this site which does them for only £5.99

Just enter the serial details on site and you will have your code sent right back to your email or mobile phone. I use them regularly for radios that I repair and can confidently recommend them.

Hope it helps. Many thanks for using FixYa.

Having a Ford Mondeo 2002 and the keycode of the radio I have isn't working. Can someone help? Type FD 6000 X Serial nbr. M192820 and Keycode 8134 does not work!

Code 8134 is the correct code for Serial Number M192820

The usual problem is because you are using the wrong information (usually quoting the code out of the handbook)

The correct Serial Number is the one found on a label on the radio casing so the radio will have to be removed from the dashboard..
