DEMO mode

I imported this range to Jamaica from the US. The oven does not work at all. The components seem fine. The clock shows "DEMO MODE". I suspect this is the problem. How do I get it out of "DEMO"?

I have the same problem.

Push and hold the "timer off" pad for 5 seconds until you hear two beeps.

It may need to be the Stop or Clear pad, but the principle is the same.
