What are the symptoms? Do you see anything on the display at start up. Do the fans start or do you hear anything at all? I will help you if I get a bit more to go on -that's why we're here so you be my eyes and ears, OK?  Steve Medley

3 beeps means that it's a RAM fault. If your memory worked just fine in another pc then it's the fault of the memory controller of the chipset on the motherboard - either the memory slot is loose (move the stick in the slot and try again) or the chipset itself is failing. That can't be fixed, the mobo is dead, replace it.

Dell OYF 432 Motherboard won't boot. Starts to boot then trys again.

Try removing each ram stick one at a time,be sure to shut down the pc while removing/replacing memory. If that yields nothing, remove the cpu heatsink, clean it & apply new thermal grease. If that doesn't work, then the motherboard is done.

When conputer is turn on but system is neither display nor booting and 10 times amber leds are blinking.

  1. check whether the bus connected with the hard disc is connected properly
  2. check whether your ram is ok
  3. check whether all the cables connected properly
  4. it might be also due to damage of your vga
  5. also see whether our processor is working properly
