Where can I buy new loading baskets for my DWI 160 dishwasher?

These come as several parts. Not sure if all are available anymore as Candy parts. But you can get replacement Hoover parts to fit.

Main basket from Candy
Candy DWI 160W UK Dishwasher Basket

Cutlery basket from Candy
Candy DWI 160W UK Universal Cutlery Basket

The Upper and Lower baskets may not be available from Candy but Hoover replacements are
Candy Use HVR41022779 Lower Basket

Best to ask Candy support to provide pictures of the parts for comparison with your model or purchase or a refund policy if not suitable.

There is another site worth checking (but prices seem high)

Candy DWI 160 dishwasher water not heating.

the only things is the TIMER: CAN BE FAULTY, maybe is stuck, not completely the cycle.
Clean the contact with special spray, loose the wires, replace burn wires, or break wires.

The problem is hard water. Go to www.dishwasherfilter.com. They have a new product out that solves this problem once and for all. It filters the water entering your dishwasher and removes the hard minerals that cause these spots. Very affordable and guaranteed to leave your dishes looking amazing every time.

Candy a8001 dishwasher

It sound that the problem is cause the water level switch. The switch level is usually a diaphragm device with a small clear tube attached between the switch and the bottom of the washer's outer tub. I am not familiar with this specific machine, but if you will open the rear panel you will find it easily. Clear tube first from any obstruction, In case it doesn't help, disconnect the wires from the unit (you should disconnect first machine's power cable !!!!!) and measure with a multi-meter on its tugs for continuity and disconnection while you are inhale and blow to its tube. In case it doesn't react, you should replace it. Good luck !
