Turn on my Ipod Touch and the time is always a few hours off,.

Not only does my iPod lose time, it loses the date...by months! If you're playing Fish Tycoon, stop the time in the game prior to correcting the date and time on the iPod. Otherwise all of your fish will have aged the amount of time that the iPod was randomly off by. I lost all of my fish as a result. :(

If you turn the ipod off all the way the unit turns down completly and is all use up a lot of battery power its somthing apple is still looking into so you sould leave it on standby and you will keep the same time and actully save battery life.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Ipod touch battery drains while in sleep mode

batteries drain, even when not in use. in fact, when in sleep mode your ipod is on, and is doing many things. for example, checking email, keeping time, etc.
so the battery drain is normal. to keep it charged i suggest you keep it plugged in. personaly i have it plugged in when not in use. that is one downside of iPods is their battery life.

Use the Home button to exit the internet application. Listen to some music or browse pictures to make sure your ipod is working fine and then reopen the internet application. It should run smoothly.

Downloaded an application (doa black jack), but cant sync it to my ipod touch? Help?? New to using ipods and this first attempt at an application. Apple iPod touch (32 gb 2nd gen)

When dealing with Apps, always research them first and make sure they are legitimate. Anyone can make an App for I-touch. Apple won't even make sure it works properly first.

Hopefully this helped

How do i complete 2nd stage of restore.entered name etc but how do i keep it ipod nano 8gb.no button to press to keep info

You cannot keep info after a restore, it's the main reason that the function is offered as a last resort. You will have to resync everything afterwords.

If you're concerned about losing files that you cannot resync from your computer, there is hope as long as you have your ipod set to function as a disk drive.

Hopefully you've already done this before getting too far in the restore, but on the ipod main menu in itunes you will see a checkbox which offers you the option to use your ipod as a disk (Enable disk use).

If you have this option selected, you can access your ipod from the My Computer folder. Some files are hidden, so go to Tools on the menu and select folder options. Click the 'view' tab and look for the bubble that allows you to view hidden files and folders.

Copy everything you wish onto your computer, and restore your ipod with no worries!

I Pod shuffle (2nd. generation) won't hold a charge

Hold in the play button for 10 seconds to reset. If that fails:
iPod shuffle Software Update and Restore
Apple periodically updates iPod shuffle software to improve performance or add
features. It is recommended that you update your iPod shuffle to use the latest
software.
You can choose either to update or to restore the iPod shuffle software.
If you choose to update, the software is updated, but your settings and songs are not
affected.
If you choose to restore, all songs and data are erased from your iPod shuffle. All
iPod shuffle settings are restored to their original state.
To update or restore iPod shuffle with the latest software:
1 Go to www.apple.com/support/ipod and download the latest iPod Update. The update
has the latest software for all models of iPod.
2 Double-click the software install file and follow the onscreen instructions to install the
iPod shuffle Update.
3 Connect iPod shuffle to your computer and open iTunes. The iPod Updater application
opens.
If you’re using a Windows PC and the iPod Updater application doesn’t open
automatically, you can find the updater by choosing Start > All Programs > iPod.
4 Follow the onscreen instructions to update or restore iPod shuffle software.
If you use the iPod Updater application and it doesn’t see that iPod shuffle is
connected to your computer, turn iPod shuffle off and turn it on again.

Transferring pics from ipod video, 30gb back to laptop

I don't think that is possible. Its a one way thing where you can only put pictures from your computer into the IPod.

If it does work, click on your Ipod in Itunes and go to the pictures folder and see if it will let you drag and drop them.

If it does then it work but ITunes doesn't work that way under normal situations.
