I heard a clicking like sparks in the cupbord where the dishwasher plug is and the dishwasher stopped. I changed the fuse but the standby light is on (it never actually went out), Despite changing the fuse the dishwasher will not ome on.

i would undo the housing where the dishwashers installs, its possible that the main connection has "shorted out"
