I ran all all the speakers which are jbl's to my radio which is an alpine that all worked fine. then put the amp in the back ran the ground to the metal and ran the speaker wires to the speakers.I connected the rca jacks on the radio and the amp then i turned the radio on and put the power cord from the amp connected to the battery just to test it it wouldn't turn on the speakers would just pop and pop but the amp wouldn't turn on.how can i get the amp to turn on? Please answer my question thank you jon
Hi Jon, you need to hook the Remote wire up to the Radios Blue remote wire. The car battery power stays on all the time. The blue Remote wire watches to see when the radio turns on, and signal the amp to turn on as well.
