FIRST, THE SOFTWARE YOU DOWNLOADED SHOULD BE GOOD FOR ALL S200 MODELS. IT'S NOT LIKE THE INFAMOUS MICROSOFT! SECOND, WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SEE THIS CABLE IT'S HARD TO SAY IF IT IS NOT THE RIGHT CABLE. QUESTION, CAN YOU USE YOUR SISTERS CABLE TO CHECK THE CAMERA? IF NOT, I THINK I'D REPLACE THE CABLE FIRST,SINCE IT SHOULD NOT BE EXPENSIVE. IF THERE ID A CAMERA SHOP IN YOUR TOWN, I'D TAKE THE CAMERA IN AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT THE CABLE. WHAT YOU CAN ALSO TRY IS TO SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPUTER, THEN HOOK UP YOUR CAMERA AND TURN IT ON, THEN TURN YOUR COMPUTER ON AND SEE IF IT WILL" FIND " YOUR CAMERA.
