Re: I cannot figure out how to pair
Go to tools , connectivity... bluetooth , and history (or Add). What model are we discussing? Generic phone....that doesn't help much... I would otherwise suggest that you call your provider and have them walk you thru the process. Do not call them from the phone you are working with though... call the 800 number from a land line.

pairing. You only need to pair the headset with your phone once.
If pairing is successful, the headset appears in the menu of the mobile phone
where you can view the currently paired Bluetooth devices.
When the headset is connected with your mobile phone and ready for use, the
indicator light of the headset slowly flashes blue.
If you have no problem pairing the headset to the cellphone, maybe the issue comes from the headset that has a defect in it. These bluetooth headsets are kinda fragile, check out where you bought it if you have a warranty.
