Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
I tried to download the Sims 2 onto my Windows computer and it downloaded about 4% and then a little box popped up that said ''A problem occured when trying to transfer the file 'TSDataResSims3DSims08.package' from the media. Do you want to retry to copy the file, or cancel the installation?'' I pressed retry and after a few minutes the same box popped up again. I've tried on many different occasions to download this game and the same message always pops up. What can I do about this?
Polish the disc with silvo.
mine did the same thing till mum cleaned it for me :D

From which media are you downloading from, a cd, pendrive? If it's a cd, check if there's any scratches on it then wipe it. You may try putting the cd in the fridge for 5 mins. Then u wipe it well again, and try copying again

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
