Turn set on and when green power light goes out: press and hold both the Menu and Input buttons on the front of the set for at least 5 seconds and then release both buttons.
The power light will blink a two digit error code: most common one is 2 blinks, pause and 2 blinks---it will repeat the error code at least 5 times.
Let me know what you find--2,2 is the most common and may be a do it yourself repair.

there is an electronic problem inside the tv you shoud go to an authorized service because the power supply to this tv it is in protect mode somehthing hapened inside and need to be repair
Check the manual...blinking green light is normal. The unit is powering down cooling the lamp. It could have been a shut down command through pressing the off button by accident. If problem continues I would unplug tv and power on/off. Steady green. Next to the lights is a small indentation where you can reset the TV to the defaults. Take a paper clip ...power on..and put in the center. The green light will blink for a minute or two then go dark. THen power up.
